Reverse osmosis scale inhibitor N150

N-150 can effectively control inorganic scale, microbial and colloidal pollution, and has good tolerance to iron and aluminium oxides, reduces particle blockage and is compatible with flocculants. It is suitable for surface water quality of influent water and medium water reuse system. It can prolong the cleaning cycle of membrane separation system, prolong the life of membrane and reduce operating costs.

Product characteristics

1. Compatible with other organic flocculants, ST flocculants, etc.

2. Effective application in the main membrane components of reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF);

3. To effectively control the scaling of inorganic substances such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate, LSI of concentrated water side is as high as 3.0;

4. It has enough dispersing ability to block particles on the surface of the dispersion membrane.

5. It is effective in a wide range of PH value and has good resistance to Al and Fe oxides in water supply.

6. Can be used to produce drinking water (ANS/NSF60 certification)

Dosage

The dosage is determined by water quality analysis report and system calculation. It is suggested that in the specific use, please consult our company's technical engineers.

Method of Use: According to the water quality analysis report and the reverse osmosis system, the dosage was determined. Within the appropriate dosage range, most of the following types of scaling can be controlled: calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, lithium sulfate, ferric hydroxide, aluminium hydroxide and silicon.

According to the following formula, the volume of standard liquid should be added to the dosing box. Volume of standard solution added:

U=(Q*A*V)/(2*1000*p*X)

In the formula, U - should be added to the volume of standard liquid, L.

Notes:

1. Before putting into operation, the actual output of metering pump must be calibrated.

2. When dispensing pharmaceutical liquid, it should be fully stirred and diluted with reverse osmosis water.

3. The dosing box should be cleaned regularly to prevent bacteria from breeding.

Packaging Storage

This product is delivered to customers with 25 kg/barrel standard liquid for convenient use.

Shelf life: this product has stable physical and chemical properties and can be preserved for a long time. The shelf life is two years.
