Main features of Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE 135A):
1. CPE is a kind of saturated rubber with excellent properties of heat-resistant oxygen aging, ozone aging, acid and alkali resistance and chemicals;
2. CPE has general oil resistance, among which ASTM No. 1 oil and ASTM No. 2 oil have excellent performance, equivalent to NBR; ASTM No. 3 oil has excellent performance, superior to Cr, equivalent to CSM;
3. CPE contains chlorine element, which has excellent flame-retardant performance and anti dripping characteristics. The flame-retardant materials with good flame-retardant performance and low cost can be obtained by the proper proportion of antimony flame retardant, chlorinated paraffin and Al (OH) 3;
4. CPE is non-toxic, free of heavy metals and PAHs, which fully meets the environmental protection requirements;
5. CPE has high filling performance and can produce products meeting various performance requirements.
