On November 7, 2016, the ministry of commerce issued announcement no. 61, 2016, announced the anti-dumping measures expires on June 27, 2017, a domestic industry or on behalf of domestic industry can be natural persons, legal persons or organizations in the anti-dumping measures 60 days before maturity, in written form to the ministry of commerce to apply for the final review.
Within the time limit specified in the announcement, the domestic epoxy chloropropane industry or its representatives did not submit a final application for the final review, and the ministry of commerce also decided not to initiate a final review.
As a result, the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of epichlorohydrin from Russia, South Korea, Japan and the United States shall be terminated from 28 June 2017.
