Reverse osmosis N512 cleaning agent
N-512 is a special membrane cleaner for cleaning reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) membranes. It is a formula based on anionic surfactant and has remarkable effect on cleaning colloidal substances and other organic substances.
In normal operation, scaling gradually forms on reverse osmosis membranes, resulting in a significant decrease in system efficiency. Compared with the initial basic data, once the nominal flow rate of water, desalination rate decreases by 10-15% or the pressure difference increases by 10-15%, the membrane components should be cleaned.
Product characteristics
1，It can be compatible with polyamides, syntheses and cellulose acetate membranes.
2，The PH value of diluent should be kept between 10.5 and 11.
3，Adding N-513 in solution can improve the performance.
4，The cleaning scheme is more effective when the lowest cleaning temperature is (20 - 30) higher.
Dosage
Dilution: The usual dilution ratio is 1-3% of the volume of the whole cleaning system (usually 1:45). The whole system includes cleaning tanks, connecting pipes, filters, pressure vessels and membranes.
Cleaning instructions:
1，Check cleaning tanks, hoses and safety filters.
2，Check and replace the new cleaning and security filter element.
3，Use reverse osmosis to inject water or desalted water into the cleaning tank. Slowly inject the calculated dosage into the cleaning tank. Use the cleaning pump to circulate the mixed solution. The mixed solution is heated to the temperature range specified by the film manufacturer with a heater.
4，Wash in the direction of water intake for 30 minutes. Cleaning flow should be in accordance with the recommended value of membrane manufacturer or system supplier.
5，If the contamination is serious, the initial return fluid (about 15% of the volume of the cleaning tank) should be discharged to prevent the contaminants from re-attaching to the membrane surface.
6，For multi-stage systems, each section should be cleaned separately for maximum effect. If the cleaning fluid becomes turbid or the pH value exceeds our recommended value, the cleaning fluid should be emptied and the cleaning fluid should be reconstituted at other cleaning stages.
7，It is better to use reverse osmosis to wash through water before the system is put into operation again.
