Usage Description:

1. Metallurgical industry: it is used to manufacture refractory materials and adhesives for furnace arms, and is the raw material for manufacturing No.2 flux and smelting magnesium.

2. Chemical industry: mainly used for making various magnesium salts, such as magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, solid lead agent, and also used as raw materials of antifreeze.

3. Building materials: hard and corrosion-resistant magnesia cement with magnesia (MgO) can be made into artificial marble, bitter soil tile, floor, ceiling, decorative board, fireproof board, greenhouse support, inorganic glass fiber reinforced plastic greenhouse framework, magnesite insulation chicken house, corrugated colored tile, ventilation duct, partition board, magnesite well cover, bathtub, door and window frame and movable house, etc. It is used as antifreeze in winter construction.

4. Machinery Industry: in daily life, magnesite can be used to make mechanical packing boxes, triangular cushion edges and furniture, which is a good material for "replacing materials with soil".

5. Food industry: it is a protein coagulant. The tofu made by brine (food grade magnesium chloride solution) is more tender and delicious than that made by gypsum. It is also used as an additive in some foods.
