I. Shandong Binhai Hongrun Pipeline Logistics Co., Ltd.
Our company was founded in 2009, with registered capital of 400 million yuan. It is a joint-stock company with crude oil pipeline transportation as its main business.
The company has undertaken or participated in the construction of Huangwei pipeline, Binqing pipeline, Dongwei pipeline and other oil pipelines. On the one hand, it provides safe, environmentally friendly and efficient crude oil logistics services for refineries in Shandong Province; on the other hand, it also provides support for products going to sea. At present, Huangwei Pipeline (May 2013) and Dongwei Pipeline (August 2017), which are constructed by the company's holding company, have been put into operation, and Binqing Pipeline Project has been completed.
1, Huangwei Pipeline, which starts at Huangdao Oil Port, Qingdao Port, ends at Hongrun Reservoir Area, Weifang Binhai, with a total length of 176 km and a diameter of DN700. The designed annual oil transporting capacity is 15 million tons, and the maximum annual oil transporting capacity can reach 20 million tons.
2, Binqing pipeline, which includes two crude oil pipelines, one gas and one diesel pipeline.
Binqing crude oil pipeline starts in Weifang Binhai Reservoir Area and ends at Hongrun Qingzhou Petrochemical Base with a total length of 81 km and a diameter of DN700. There are three stations along the line: Binhai First Station, Yanghe Sub-Storage Station and Hongrunmei Station. The designed annual crude oil transportation capacity is 15 million tons, and the maximum transportation capacity is 20 million tons.
Binrun crude oil pipeline originates from Binhai Reservoir Area and ends at Shouguang Luqing Petrochemical Company with a total length of 46.8 kilometers. Its designed annual transportation capacity is 10 million tons and its diameter is DN700.
Gas and diesel pipelines start at Yanghe Branch depot in Qingzhou and end at Weifang Port. The diameter of the pipe is DN400, and 4 million tons of gasoline and diesel oil are transported annually. Three chemical raw material pipelines are planned for Binqing Pipeline Reconstruction and Extension Project.
There is a crude oil loading and unloading truck system in Yanghe sub-storage and transportation depot. The reservoir area constructs 500,000 cubic meters of crude oil storage tanks and 300,000 cubic meters of refined oil, radiating Zibo and Dongying areas. As a transit station of Binqing Pipeline, Yanghe Branch Transport Depot not only transports imported crude oil to more than 30 refineries such as Lijin, but also transports the refined oil produced by these refineries to Weifang Port through pipeline, providing supporting services for the export of refined oil.
Binqing Pipeline Project is the second phase project of Huangwei Pipeline and Dongwei Pipeline. It is the extension of Huangwei Pipeline and Dongwei Pipeline. It provides pipeline support for more than 30 local refineries, such as Weifang, Dongying, Zibo, Espo and other 40 kinds of quality crude oil directly entering the factory, entering the warehouse and selling finished oil overseas.
3, Dongwei Pipeline started at Dongjiakou Port in Qingdao and ended at the Lianhua Reservoir Area of Weifang Binhai Port. Two DN700 pipelines with diameter were laid in the same ditch, the total length of which is 236 kilometers. The designed annual transportation capacity is 30 million tons. The maximum annual oil transportation capacity is 40 million tons. Hongrun shares 24.5%.
The construction and commissioning of Huangwei and Dongwei pipelines is equivalent to the construction of two 300,000-ton oil tanker terminals in the mainland, which not only solves the problem of oil tanker demurrage, but also ensures the normal supply of crude oil for oil refineries, and ensures the supply of crude oil for 15 oil refineries that process more than 10,000 tons per day. The construction of crude oil and refined oil pipelines has provided safe, environmentally friendly and efficient crude oil pipeline logistics transportation services for refineries in Shandong Province, effectively alleviated the logistics bottleneck faced by refineries, greatly reduced the logistics transportation cost of enterprises, alleviated the transportation pressure of crude oil and refined oil, and eliminated the hidden dangers of road transportation safety. It is of great significance to reduce consumption, save energy and reduce emissions and promote economic and social development.
II.Zhonghua Hongrun Petroleum Storage and Transportation (Weifang) Co., Ltd.
Our company was founded in 2012, with registered capital of 1.23 billion yuan. Its main business is crude oil storage and bonded storage. It undertakes the investment, construction and operation management of Weifang Binhai Hongrun Crude Oil Reserve.
1. Crude oil bonded warehouse. The total investment of the project is more than 10 billion yuan, covering an area of about 5,000 mu. In 2012, it was approved by the General Administration of Customs to set up a "Sinochem Hongrun Coastal Public Bonded Warehouse". It has the qualifications to operate the bonded warehouse of crude oil and fuel oil. It is the largest third-party bonded warehouse of petroleum products in China. At present, 10 million cubic meters of tanks have been built and put into operation, including 8.45 million cubic bonded warehouses.
In 2019, 2.2 million cubic meters of new storage tanks were built, and the total storage capacity of Hongrun Reservoir in Binhai was 12.2 million cubic meters.
2. Bonded Crude Oil Supermarket. It fully relies on the advantages and influence of Sinochem in international crude oil procurement, as well as the advantages of Sinochem Hongrun's existing pipeline network and reservoir cluster, adjusts its inherent mode, and uses the state Internet + thinking to build 100 billion yuan crude oil trading supermarket to provide crude oil procurement and transportation for refinery enterprises with crude oil allocation. One-stop service to home.
3. Planning and construction of bonded product oil depot. It takes full advantage of Weifang Port's shipping advantages, relying on Binhai Qingdao Oil Pipeline and Binhai Hongrun Reservoir Area and other supporting facilities, requisitioned 600 mu of land in the hinterland of liquefied goods terminal, constructed the Binhai Reservoir Area to the wharf product oil pipeline, and constructed a 1 million square product oil storage area. The completion of the project will help to build a modern oil logistics system, optimize product supply and marketing channels, reduce transportation costs and enhance market competitiveness.
The combination effect of pipeline logistics and bonded warehousing has realized the best combination of logistics and warehousing, enhanced the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and gradually formed a large-scale pipeline and warehousing logistics enterprise which integrates crude oil, refined oil and chemical raw materials. It also realizes the landing of crude oil from Huangdao and Dongjiakou (4 VLCC berths), pipeline transportation to refineries, and pipeline transportation of refined oil and chemical raw materials to Weifang Port, thus realizing a new logistics mode of safe and efficient transportation of dangerous chemicals.
