The introduction of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) special series for sludge dewatering: the appearance is white powder or granules, the ionicity is from 10% to 80%, the water solubility is good, it can be dissolved in water in any proportion and insoluble in organic solvents. The characteristics of high polymer electrolyte are suitable for the treatment of wastewater with negative charge and rich in organic matter. At present, it is suitable for organic colloids in industries such as dyeing, papermaking, food, construction, metallurgy, mineral processing, coal powder, oil fields, aquatic products processing and fermentation, etc. The wastewater treatment with higher content is especially suitable for the dehydration treatment of urban sewage, urban sludge, papermaking sludge and other industrial sludge.
How to use cationic polyacrylamide:
1. Through a small trial, determine the best model and the best dosage of the product.
2.The product is formulated as an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.2% (referred to as solid content), preferably neutral water without salt.
3. When dissolving the water, sprinkle this product evenly into the stirring water. Proper heating (<60ºC) can accelerate the solution (the stirring time is about 40 minutes).
4.The solid products are packed in paper bags, lined with plastic bags, 25kg per bag.
5. This product is hygroscopic and should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place with a temperature below 35ºC.
6.Avoid solid products on the ground to prevent the product from slipping after absorbing moisture.
7.When preparing the PAM aqueous solution, it should be carried out in enamel, galvanized, aluminum or plastic barrels, and cannot be prepared and stored in iron containers.
8. When dissolving, please pay attention to slowly and evenly add the product to the dissolver with stirring and heating measures. The agitator is 60-200 rpm, otherwise it will cause polymer degradation and affect the use effect.
9.The PAM aqueous solution should be ready for use.When the dissolving solution is left for a long time, its performance will gradually decrease depending on the water quality.
10.After adding the aqueous flocculant solution to the suspension, if it is vigorously stirred for a long time, it will destroy the flocs that have been formed.
