Attributes and uses

This product is a dispersant containing about 50% calcium stearate, low viscosity and high content. It is suitable for latex coatings. It can improve the performance of coatings and paper coatings.

1. This product has lubricating effect on coatings, can improve the flowability and leveling performance of coatings, and make the coatings smooth and smooth.

2. After drying, the coating can also prevent cracking, improve the appearance quality and printing performance, and improve gloss, smoothness and smoothness of paper.

3. It has little effect on the viscosity of most coatings, which allows to increase the solid content of coatings, thus reducing the load of equipment and the wear degree of coatings knives.

4. This product can be used in super-paper calender, cutting and printing process to prevent powder loss and hair loss, so as to obtain high-standard and high-quality paper.

Application methods

The usual dosage of this product is 1-5% of the weight of the pigment. Because this product is a fluid, it can be used directly. The product can be added in any step of the paint preparation process.

Packaging Storage

1. Keep it sealed and not open. It should be frozen-proof and demulsified in winter. It should be kept above 0 C to affect its use.

2. Packing in 200L and 1000L plastic barrels. No exposure to the sun. Store in a cool and ventilated place.

The product can be used in sizing press and roller type machines. It forms a thin layer on the surface of paper, enhances the hydrophobicity of paper surface, greatly reduces the sizing in pulp, or completely replaces the sizing in pulp. At the same time, it can reduce the hair and powder loss of cultural paper, improve the permeability and surface strength, and indirectly improve the production efficiency. Compared with the past sizing, it has excellent performance-price ratio.
