Hydration Resistant Agent WR-6550 for Papermaking Engineering

Ingredients: Polyamide polyurea epoxy closed-loop polymer oligomer, colorless to yellowish transparent liquid. The latest type of polyamide resin has weak cationic property, no formaldehyde at all, high operational safety and conforms to FDA specifications.

Use and effect

1. High crosslinking property and good water resistance of the coating.

2. Formaldehyde-free, paper formaldehyde emission is zero, conducive to environmental protection and operating environment.

3. Coatings suitable for paper and cardboard for food packaging.

4. Ink absorption, glossiness and surface strength were significantly improved, and paper printing performance was improved.

5. Low viscosity, low foaming, conducive to the stable performance of the paint. 

Uses

1. Adding 0.3-0.8% of the total amount of absolute dry pigments or 5-10% of the total amount of reference adhesives;

2. Attention should be paid to avoiding simultaneous mixing with anionic substances during the addition process.

3. Applicable to all kinds of paint formulations in the range of pH, it is better to add after the adhesive.

Packaging Storage

1. Storage: It can be stored for 6 months at room temperature (4-30 C indoor shade).

2. Packaging: 200 kg or 1000 kg polyethylene barrel.
