ZALY's calcined alumina of our company is produced by the general international law of Bayer, boron free rotary kiln calcined, in addition to sodium washed by water, greatly improving the product quality, purity and stability, and the bulk density of ceramic products, mohs hardness and ability to withstand voltage, etc.

d. ZALY's CA product is of high Alumina content 99.5% , low sodium 0.2%, good flowability, good whitenss, high alpha-conversion rate 93% min, fine grain size 3-5um, stable quality output.

e. Boron free high temperature 1450 C calcination process

2. Application:

a. Wear resistant ceramic, electronic ceramic, technica ceramic, industrial ceramic parts.

b. Refractory- - Shaped refractory (firebrick etc) & Unshaped refractory (castable etc)

c. Construction&Decoration ceramic floor tile, wall tile glaze

ZALY's alumina suitable for dry pressing, CIP, Rolling, injection moulding.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing by 25kg/50kg bags on wooden pallet, or 1000 kg jumbo bag without pallet, or as customers' requirement
