Application of aminobenzoazine
Aminopyrine as an antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug, pyrazolone, inhibits the synthesis and release of prostaglandin E1 in the hypothalamic neurons, and restores the normal response and antipyretic effects of temperature-regulating central sensory neurons.
Aminopyrine also inhibits local tissue inflammation of prostaglandin synthesis and release, stabilizes lysosomal membranes, affects phagocytosis of phagocytic cells, and has anti-inflammatory effects.
Function
Aminobenzoxazole is a pyrazolone with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects, but at risk of agranulocytosis.
Analytical reagents, also used in the pharmaceutical industry
Antipyretic and analgesic treatment for fever, headache, joint pain, neuralgia, dysmenorrhea and active rheumatism. Aminopyrine is a pyrazolone-based non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with strong antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects.
