DC-40 Dispersant for Paper Engineering Coatings

The product DC-40 dispersant is a sodium polyacrylate dispersant with the same performance as imported SN-5040. Its characteristics are wide application range, good heat resistance, mutual solubility, stable viscosity, good gloss retention, less foam, non-toxic, no corrosion, no special smell and so on. It is used as a dispersant of various pigments in paper-making coatings.

Use and effect

1，Reduce the viscosity of paint preparation and increase the solid content of paint.

2，The dispersions of the pigments are stable, non-stratified and non-sticking.

3，Increase the dispersion rate of coatings, save time and power consumption.

4，It has excellent stability and good compatibility with other chemicals.

Usage method

1. 0.1-0.3% of the dispersed absolute drying amount of reference pigments;

2. The PH value should be controlled stably after dispersion.

Packaging and Storage

1. Storage: It can be stored for 6 months at room temperature (4-30 C indoor shade).

2. Packaging: 200 kg or 1000 kg polyethylene barrel.
