Wet Strength Agent TFS-1125 for Papermaking Engineering

The product is water-soluble, cationic and thermosetting resin. It is suitable for making all kinds of paper with wet strength. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, neutral papermaking, easy recovery of damaged paper or waste paper, non-toxicity and so on. It can also be used as a retention agent for emulsion rosin and strengthening rosin, a synergist of neutral sizing agent and cationic starch modifier to improve the dimensional stability of paper.

Use and effect

1. The application of PH is wide and non-toxic. The treated paper can be used for food packaging, fruit bagging and medical treatment.

2. The wet strength of paper is especially obvious, and the dry strength can also be increased by 20%.

3. Improving the drainage capacity and papermaking speed of pulp and the retention rate of fillers, adhesives and microfibers

Uses

1. Use 5-15Kg/t paper.

2. The optimum PH is 7.5-8.

3. Continuous addition with metering pump;

4. Intermittent addition.

Packaging Storage

1. Storage: It can be stored for 6 months at room temperature (4-30 C indoor shade).

2. Packaging: 200 kg or 1000 kg polyethylene barrel.
