Function

1, DP751 oxygen bleaching accelerant is specially developed for APMP pulping process by the company. It is also beneficial to control the resin in the bleaching process and the permeation of hydrogen peroxide. It can replace part of sodium silicate, reduce the formation of silica scale, reduce the amount of hydrogen peroxide and improve the bleaching effect.

2, The unbleached or bleached pulp contains trace transition metal ions (including iron, manganese, copper, etc.), which catalyze and accelerate the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, reduce bleaching efficiency and increase consumption. Under alkaline conditions (PH=10-11), catalyzed and accelerated decomposition of hydrogen peroxide will produce highly oxidative free radicals, which will lead to fiber degradation and reduce the bleaching effect of hydrogen peroxide.

3, DP751 can complex metal ions and effectively prevent the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.

4, Under alkaline conditions, DP751 chelate metal ions have stronger ability than DTPA.

5, DP751 is a product degraded by light microorganisms, and it contains less than half of the COD value of DTPA, which has less damage to the environment.

DP751 can form stable complexes with metal ions under alkaline conditions.

DP751 has the strongest chelating ability under the conditions of bleaching PH=11 and bleaching temperature of 40 C.

DP751 can be pre-added to bleaching solution to improve pulp whiteness or to replace part of the silicate content.
