This product has good performance on chelation, lower limit on inhibition and the lattice distortion. It can prevent scale-forming salts from taking shape to scales in water, especially the scale of calcium carbonate. It has good properties of stability in water, hard to hydrolysis. If its concentration is higher in water, it will have a good performance on corrosion inhibiting.

1.It is applied in cycle-cooling water of thermal power plants and oil refineries and oilfield recycle injection water system, which performs better on inhibiting corrosion and scale of medal equipments and pipelines.

2.It is used as medal ion chelation agent in the industries of textile, printing and dyeing and etc, and also can be used as medal surface treatment agent.

Precautions   

1. This inhibitor can be prepared with other organic phosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acid and salts to be organic water treatment agent, which is applied to cycle-cooling water system in different conditions of water qualities.

2. Recommend dosage is 10mg/L~50mg/L; when used as corrosion inhibitor, its dosage is 50mg/L~100mg/L.

Application

AA-AMPS can be used as scale inhibitor and dispersant in open circulating cool water system, oilfield refill water system, metallurgy system and iron & steel plants to prevent sediment of ferric oxide. When built with organophosphorines and zinc salt, the suitable pH value is 7.0~9.5. AA/AMPS can also be used as dyeing auxiliaries for textile.
