Titanium dioxide is a white powder, non-toxic, chemical inative, surface-treated aluminium compound. The product has good pigment properties (high whiteness, luminescent powder, gloss, covering power and color reduction ability), and is easy to disperse.

Characteristics
1. Nano-titanium dioxide is non-toxic, harmless, has good compatibility and other raw materials.

2. Suitable for photocatalyst coating, diatomite coating, self-cleaning coating, self-cleaning ceramic color, etc. Photocatalytic nano-titanium dioxide: Nano-titanium dioxide doped with metal or metal oxide can be used as photocatalyst (anatase type).

3. It has good photocatalytic effect. It can decompose harmful gases and some inorganic compounds in the air, inhibit the development of bacteria and viruses, and achieve air purification, sterilization, deodorization and mildew prevention. Nano-titanium dioxide has anti-bacterial and self-cleaning effects, and can also greatly improve the adhesion of products.

Application

1. In the paint industry, it is used as white pigments and glazed porcelain.

2. It can be used as paint and filler in paper industry to help paper printing and opacity.

3. In metallurgical industry, it can be used to manufacture sponge titanium, titanium and iron alloys, cemented carbides, etc.

4. It can be used to make insulators, welding rods and enamels.

5. It can be used in synthetic fibers, plastics, rubber, printing, death, cosmetics, pharmaceutical materials and food additives.

Packing and Delivery

1. Solid products can be packed in inner plastic bags, or in plastic bags of nano-titanium dioxide powder. Each bag is 25kg. Rubber products can be packed in inner plastic bags, or in fiberboard drums, 50kg or 200kg.

2. Step 2. This product has hygroscopicity and should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place below 35 C.

Three. Solid products should be prevented from being scattered on the ground, as hygroscopic powders can cause slippage.
